Tis the season to be grateful. Grateful for our families, grateful for our health, grateful for things we are not even aware we need to be grateful for. Since 1978, the talented members of the Dr. Forrest L. Flashman Guild have presented the Festival of Trees, a display of beautifully decorated Christmas trees, each with its own unique theme and style. Trees will be on display from November 22 through December 2 at Fairmont Olympic Hotel. Each tree is dedicated to a courageous Seattle Children’s patient and is available for pre-purchase or bid. On December 3rd, the trees will be delivered and set up in the buyer’s home or office. Profits go to uncompensated care at Seattle Childrens, which allows Seattle Children’s to provide quality medical care to all children of the Region regardless of a family’s ability to pay. Be grateful, do some good, see some trees and give back.
