Most parents dont let their kids play with glass or hot toys, so what happens when you let your kids run wild and do both? The Museum of glass will show you. The Kids Design Glass program invites children 12 and under to stretch their imaginations and create original designs based on the artwork displayed at the Museum. Create a cool design, fill out the entry form and one entry is selected to be interpreted into glass by the Hot Shop Team each month. Two sculptures are created—one for the designer to take home and one for the Museum’s collection and upcoming exhibition. So cool and yet so hot!
