Independent Pizza

italianpizzarecipes I was secretly hoping for a wrap place, sushi restaurant or juice bar, but the Independent Pizzeria is a slice of heaven (pun intended). Owner Tom Siegel has taken over a tiny spot opposite the soon to be crowded summer madison park beach. Just in time to pair hot days with tasty pizza straight from the heart of Italian inspiration. Nothing fancy, just simple goodness and great drinks. Impromtu was never meant to be…too snooty no taste. I’m happy to see in its place a well rounded pizza place (again, pun intended)
