It’s the next big thing in working out….hitting the barre. well, not a really bar unfortunately, although hunting for the worlds best sidecar has become a passions of one dear girlfriend of mine. It’s called Pure Barre.
The Pure Barre Technique is a total body workout that burns fat and produces lifted seats, toned arms, thin thighs, and flat abs by fusing elements of ballet, pilates and weights in a 55 minute intense session. It is supposedly the most effective, fastest, yet safest way to change your body.
Pure Barre was created by dancer, choreographer and fitness guru, Carrie Rezabek…so perhaps us normal body people can someday look like as toned and strong as a ballerina. Now that’s what I call an intelligent workout!
